Beamish Museum Picnic

Date: Saturday 2 May 2026​

Location: Beamish Museum, Country Durham, UK

 

Itinerary: 

10.00am – 10.15am: Meet at entrance if you want to explore as a group.

12.30pm: Picnic at the bandstand in 1900s town (rainy weather location - Masonic hall next to the bank).
 

After the picnic, continue to explore the grounds either independently or as a group

 

Dress Code: Any era appropriate to the Museum. Locations are themed to the 1820s and 1890s/1900s.
